Ships with a Greek or European commercial flag registration can obtain a license to operate and charter in Greece. For the operation within the Greek territory of a ship classified as a commercial pleasure vessel, according to the law of the flag state that she carries, and with a total length exceeding thirty-five (35) meters and constructed of steel, plastic, or aluminium, a 'Specified Period Charter Permission’ is required.

Following the appropriate steps, we issue the necessary seaworthiness certificates, prepare the relevant “e-paravolo” payment codes and other supporting documents required, register the details of the ship and of the ownership in the "e-Register of Ships" of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue, and submit the final application to the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy / DINETHAT. Upon completion of the inspection by the competent authorities, we receive the confirmation of the registration document in the electronic ship registry –The Greek charter license.
