TE.P.A.I. is imposed on all private and commercial pleasure boats as well as on professional tourist day ships within Greek territorial waters, exceeding seven meters in length, regardless of their flag. For pleasure boats that have been classified as commercial according to the law of another country, the Professional Pleasure Boat Fee according to the law of another country (T.E.P.A.D.A.X.) is imposed. An obligated vessel is exempt from payment of the TE.P.A.I. for as long as it is seized or has been classified as traditional or it is decommissioned or has an “out of use” status (immobility), which is certified by the Port Authority.

We responsibly undertake the completion of the relevant application on the TE.P.A.I. online platform of the A.A.D.E., the issuance of the e-administrative fee, and its immediate payment through the company’s bank account, for the customer’s convenience. Subsequently, we send all the necessary documents proving the payment of T.E.P.A.I., which are kept by the shipowner inside the vessel, along with the other original documents and certificates.
